Ronan to return to Malta on July 7
It has just been announced that Ronan will be joining Maltese tenor Joseph Calleja for Calleja's annual concert in Malta this year. The event takes place on July 7th and details are to be announced on Wednesday.

Ronan has arrived in Australia and the auditions for X Factor 2012 start this week (May 3rd) in Melbourne, follwed by Gold Coast auditions on May 11 and 12, and Sydney on May 17 and 18. Ronan to perform at Þjóðhátíð 2012 in Iceland
Ronan has been confirmed as one of the main acts for the Þjóðhátíð festival 2012, which takes place on the Westman Islands (Vestmannaeyjar) on the first weekend in August. Ronan is performing on Sunday, August 5th.

Ronan performed at the Olivier Awards last night sounding fantastic (even though he had been worried because his voice had been strained for a few days) and looking amazing! You can listen again to the BBC Radio 2 broadcast until a week after the event - forward to about 3:56h for a beautiful performance of "I'll Never Fall In Love Again".
In interviews, Ronan said that his album should be out around August before he goes back to Australia for X Factor. He is hoping to tour the UK early next year!

'Goddess' screenings in Cannes confirmed
Ealing Metro will be screening 'Goddess' twice at the Cannes Film Festival in May. Hopefully it won't be long until we hear about release dates! Here's the preview again for anyone who missed it.
Sad news :(
Sorry for the late update but I needed a couple of days to stomach it... Ronan and Yvonne have confirmed that their marriage is over. I know we were all hoping things would be ok :( The two of them still get on well and they will make sure their children are always happy.
Don't believe the papers - Ronan is not moving to Australia. Most other stories at the moment probably aren't true either. Don't believe everything you read.
Please show Ronan your support any chance you get - he really appreciates it and it might just make him feel a little better.

Get Men Talking
March is the month of 'Get Men Talking' at the Marie Keating Foundation. The annual campaign was launched with Ronan's support last week and its aim is to encourage men to educate themselves about cancer and be more aware.

Dalriada Festival, Glenarm July 14th
This show hasn't been announced yet but The Larne Times has reported that Ronan is performing at Glenarm Castle (near Belfast) at this year's Dalriada Festival. Keep an eye on the festival's website on March 9th for an official announcement.
Update: This show has been confirmed and tickets go on sale at 9am UK time on Saturday, March 10th via Ticketmaster.
Summarfestivalur, Faroe Islands Aug 3rd
Ronan's first summer show for this year has been announced - he is performing at the Summarfestivalur in Klaksvik on the Faroe Islands on August 3rd! We need a photographer at this gig, so if you're going, please contact us.
Ronan talks pancakes on FM104
After boasting about his pancake making skills on Twitter ("Morning just made the kids the best pancakes ever forever ever."), Ronan ended up discussing them with Jim-Jim and Mark on FM104's Strawberry Alarm Clock breakfast show. Just for the record - he likes his pancakes 'old school' with lemon and sugar!

Show #14 - Perth 16.02.12
Thank you, Australia and New Zealand...Ronan went back home to Ireland after a gig in Perth for "An Evening On The Green" but this was quite possibly his best tour so far - and the year's only just begun so we can look forward to more shows :) He boarded his flight a very happy man: "Homeward bound. Thank u Australia and NZ. Amazing tour. Every show was incredible. X"
Kings Park was the only open air venue this time and it must have been the perfect place to wrap up, according to Ronan - "Perth I salute u. Amazing show. Thank u. What a finish to an amazing tour. X"

Shows #12 & 13 - Adelaide 13.-14.02.12
Ronan clearly enjoyed his stay in Adelaide :) His warm-up before show no. 1 included a little run up the hills... "Just ran the 3K to the top of waterfall Gully in Adelaide. Incredible run and a rewarding vista at the top." He must have felt it on day two! "Second show in Adelaide tonight. Can't wait. Legs a little sore from the run up waterfall gully. But worth it"
There's a really good review on Glam Adelaide, which makes you very proud to be an RK fan.
Julie shared an amazing video of When The World Was Mine with us on youtube...this is a must watch because the song is breathtakingly beautiful live. Even if, like me, you're not that much into the album version - you will love this. Julie's other uploads are Arthur's Theme and The Way You Make Me Feel.

Movie news: "Rockpool" planned for 2013
It looks like Ronan has been signed up for another movie, Rockpool, that is planned to be filmed next year. Its status at the moment is "In Development/Financing" so that might not make it 100% definite yet. Fingers crossed because the story sounds perfect for Ronan!

Ronan interview on TV ONE NZ
Ronan was interviewed for New Zealand's TV ONE Breakfast show today and he had female presenter Toni firmly under his spell, judging by her excited tweets today :o) But can we blame her?
